Three Hundred and Sixtyfive Drawings Later

It's been a little over a year now but I've finished up my year of drawing cyborgs. It's been a long journey with plenty of times when i felt drained or really wanting to move onto something else. I'm glad though that I stuck with this thing. While I think I had a few really good drawings early on, and some bad ones later in the game too, I think my overall ability has gotten better. Drawing pretty much everyday (some pauses for holidays and such) really strengthens certain muscles. While I doubt I'll keep up the pace of a "finished" drawing a day I'll hopefully be no slouch either. I am looking forward to working on some bigger projects that go beyond the span of an hour or two.

While sites like wikipedia may list off a bunch of characters it was hard to come up with 365 quality cyborgs. Not that every character I did was a gem, frankly I wished I hadn't done certain ones as I have since thought of some better possibilities. Thanks to everybody who helped with suggestions for cyborgs to draw. Some of my favorite pieces wouldn't have gotten made if not for a great tip.

Actually, I'm looking forward to catching up on some videogames (Just Cause 2, New Super Mario, Bad Company 2) and then hopefully really start fleshing out a comic book.
